Ohio House Reps,Senators reintroduce bipartisan doula services bill

Minority groups have greater infant mortality than the white population in Ohio. Doula services for pregnant women help provide pre-natal care throughout pregnancy and help with babies/toddlers after. Legislation is being introduced for doula services cost to be covered by Medicaid. Doulas are to be regulated within the Ohio Board of Nursing.
